Air diaphragm pumps work very well, but they have a tendency to produce a pulsing flow that is not desirable for certain applications. Filtration, for example, requires a steady flow. For these situations we have developed the Pulsation Smoother.

The Pulsation Smootherattachesdirectly to the outlet of an air diaphragm pump. It absorbs up to 97% of pulses, to produce a smooth steady flow when sized appropriately. Lowering pulsation and vibration also lengthens the lifespan of your hose.

These are made in Santa Rosa, CA from all sanitary stainless steel.The clamps can be removed and the unit disassembled for easy cleaning.
