LED light mounted clamps offer the user convenience when trying to look into the base of their system because they don't have to fumble around and find a flashlight. These lights are directly mounted to the clamp and allow you to angle them directly into the sight glass on most of our extraction bases. Best Value Vacs recommends tightening all Standard Pressure Clamps (Non-High Pressure) to finger tight and then use either a screwdriver or wrench to tighten them 2 full turns. It is not recommended to over tighten the clamp and bottom it out as this will cause the gasket to be over-compressed and put too much tension on the clamp threads, which could cause it to fail.
