The Agilent PCG-750 combines Pirani and capacitance diaphragm sensing in a single gauge to cover a wide pressure measurement range from atmosphere down to high vacuum. This dual-sensor design eliminates the need for separate gauges to monitor different pressure regimes during pump-down and process operation.

The gauge provides accurate, gas-species-independent readings in the capacitance diaphragm range and extends measurement into the high vacuum region using the Pirani sensor. It is compatible with standard vacuum system controllers and is suited for process monitoring, leak detection, and system diagnostics.
