Here’s how you make pure and potent extracts effortlessly. You no longer have to worry about tedious, ineffective, unsafe, and costly purification procedures. Instead, you’ll abundantly extract fragile compounds like waxes, fats, and terpenes.
But wait, is this extraction method scalable, and is it hard to set up and operate? First, you’ll get your machine at a cost-effective price, increase production effectiveness and make safe products. And second, no, you’ll enjoy easy, stress-free operations. How?
You’ll experience that convenience with the 50L stainless steel jacketed reactor. But naturally, you have questions.
For example, what makes this appliance different from the glass reactor? You’ll get illimitable production because designers make this device with sturdy metal, handling positive pressure. In contrast, a glass reactor operates on negative pressure, restricting production.
Say goodbye to colossal maintenance costs. Why? Because manufacturers fortify the appliance with stainless steel on all parts. This material is rust, corrosion, and chemical resistant, allowing you long-term use.
The machine also gives you a large capacity (50 liters of liquid or 10 lbs of raw materials). This volume will help you save on production costs because you’ll be processing more yield at once. You’ll thus satisfy market demand faster without compromising your product’s quality.
So, where can you get this product? We saved you the buying hassle by stocking a high-quality reactor. The reputable brand, BVV, made this device with your production standards in mind. But don’t take our word for it.
Order your item, and we’ll deliver it to your address in 1-2 business days. Stop waiting. Make premium extracts with the 50L stainless steel jacketed reactor now!
A reactor is a vessel that contains a chemical reaction, which opens them up for a variety of applications in the chemical processing field. It's used as a tool for many different processes related to extraction, winterization, distillation, and post-processing.
A reactor can come in different sizes, shapes, and forms. It can even come in different materials including stainless steel or glass.
In terms of cannabinoid processing, the most common use for a reactor is large-scale winterization. Here, a single or double jacketed reactor is ideal. This is because it allows you to circulate fluid around the exterior or interior jacket, chilling the mixture inside.
As the mixture becomes colder, the fats and waxes within it begin to coagulate and fall out of the solution. Reactors can also be used for homogenizing mixtures or as stand-alone extraction vessels.
Glass reactors are only able to handle negative pressure which, in turn, limits their usability. Our 50-Liter Stainless Steel Jacketed Reactor is designed for usage with positive pressure. Additionally, the vessel jacket can circulate chilling fluid or act as vacuum insulation.
