Our astute engineers equip all the five walls enclosing the 16 cubic foot space of the appliance with heaters. And that feature ensures all your items acquire a consistent temperature on any of the 26 shelves that can fit.

Additionally, you don’t have to worry about heat damaging any delicate objects. Why? Because the PID device monitors temperature variation in the machine using thermocouples. Thus, it re-adjusts heat distribution according to your originally set values in case of any change.

Hence, you can use the machine for large-scale heating of botanical extracts, drying adsorbents, and color remediating media. Also, the oven dries heat-sensitive electronics and glass.

How does that work? 

The apparatus combines heat (up to 250°C) and low-pressure conditions, which lower the boiling point of volatile liquids. And there’s a 3" of insulation made of stainless steel to contain the heat, thus enhancing effectiveness.

Other advantages of the steel interior include easy maintenance, durability, explosion-proof, and cleaner connections. 

Safety precautions include a dual-layer 1/2" safety glass, temperature alarms, and overtemp protection. Developers also ensure that the vacuum oven meets the ISO and UL safety rules and regulations. And we test the machine twice before shipping.

Operate oven at 200C for 15 minutes to clean the oven when it arrives.
