Do you want a convenient way to transfer media between containers? Sure you do.

You don't want to spill expensive resin or cause chemical leakages that could be dangerous. No. You want a robust and durable appliance that fits your drum well and prevents those glitches.

But there's a problem.

Most taps in the market don't perform as advertised, and they need frequent replacement. You'll also waste massive time and resources fixing these inferior products instead of focusing on production.

So, what makes an ideal faucet? A good tap is easy to set up and use and should handle dense and thin oil without clogging.

This appliance should also have a professional-grade build, able to withstand hot samples. Simply put, you want value for your money.

Luckily, you'll get all those benefits with our 2" plastic drum faucet. This appliance will help you distribute acids, light oils and cleaning liquids effortlessly between different operations. How?

Engineers make the tap with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material able to handle temperatures up to 145F. Moreover, the stopper has 2" NPT threads which prevent spills.

And here's the best part. You'll get your fail-proof apparatus at a cost-effective price.

However, you might wonder, what guarantees the product's utility? The FDA approves this polyethylene product for ‌transferring non-flammable liquids.

You deserve a better appliance that meets your standards. Order your tap from us, and we'll deliver to your address in 1-2 business days. Does that sound good?

Enhance your industry's efficiency and prevent costly resin losses through the 2" plastic drum faucet now!

Material:

High density polyethylene (HDPE ) is the most commonly used resin. This economical plastic has good impact resistant, is naturally translucent, flexible, and typically used for personal care products, such as shampoo bottles.

Adding color will give HDPE an opaque look that will result in an increase in weight and rigidness. We have a variety of these rigid and tough high density polyethylene products in stock, from containers, pails, bottles, caps, tubs, and jugs. HDPE works well in below freezing temperatures.

HDPE heat compatibility varies. Generally, it should not be used with products filled at over 145°F.
